ZoneAlarm user not able to surf / access internet out of sudden, This happen on 9-july-08 , This could be due to your Computer had been updated, Microsoft KB951748. in this incident it affect Window XP and Window 2000 user .Window Vista no affected

The Platforms Affected : ZoneAlarm Free, ZoneAlarm Pro, ZoneAlarm AntiVirus, ZoneAlarm Anti-Spyware, and ZoneAlarm Security Suite

If you are one of the user for above product, Please try the following, No need try to ping in Command prompt, because it will return Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),

1.0 Please Open your ZoneAlarm

2.0 Click on Firewall

3.0 On Internet Zone Security , Adjust from “High to medium “
