Windown Vista Error wireless connection , Connected with Limited Access

Window Vista - Error Message - Wireless connection
"Connected with Limited access"

While you see this message, most of the time you are not able to surf internet,
this due to your computer is not connected/communicate to your modem/router

This error happen most of the time is due to "NETWORK KEY , WEP OR SECURITY PHASE "
is not match
please refer to the following video on how update or change your new NETWORK KEY

• connected with limited access (for vista)
• limited or no connectivity (for XP)
  

how to identify "connected with limited access"

• system try will showing the network connection icon, with [triangle with escalation mark]
• command prompt - IPCONFIG" in IPV4 show IP address start with 169. 0.0
